confession...i didn't even know this place had anything to do with Indiana Jones until after the fact..so "fan girling" was merely just from a photographer standpoint & a place i wanted to stand in the middle of and see for myself.
walking around this place was an experience & i am so thankful i got to see it. also, was wishing I had a couple to shoot while we were there cause it's pretty amazing.
i could have spent all day shooting here. //
it was hard to really capture the magnitude of this place. it's truly one that you have to see with your own eyes. so, write it down on your bucket list and go.
you make your way down a gravel dirt road, the sites are very vast and large to your left and your right.
animals grazing, the sound of horse carriages bringing people in and out.
the path gets narrow and you begin to feel smaller and smaller.
i was quickly obsessed with the light the fell on us, and the depth of color and changing scenery with every turn.
i took about 500 photos of just the camels...okay, maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but i stood there for way to long.
they are fascinating creatures.
hi, it's me.
see....couldn't even get it all in the frame.
